Sprint launches 4G service in Boston, Daytona Beach, Fla., and Providence, R.I.

Sprint and Clearwire this morning officially popped the cork on 4G service in a trio of cities — Boston, Daytona Beach, Fla., and Providence, R.I. We’d been seeing reports of sporadic service for a few weeks, but now there’s there, it’s official, and it brings Wimax data to the Evo 4G and Epic 4G Android smartphones. [Sprint]
