Best Buy offering flip cover case with Galaxy Note pre-orders
Best Buy has announced that customers pre-ordering the Samsung Galaxy Note for AT&T beginning February 5th will receive a little something extra for their interest. Pre-ordering the Note at a Best Buy/Best Buy Mobile store or online earns future owners a flip cover case to protect that sizable 5.3-inch display.

Google Wallet Now Available On Nexus S And Galaxy Nexus for AT&T – Verizon Galaxy Nexus Also Makes The Cut
Sprint Nexus S 4G users no longer have a reason to gloat after Google Wallet — once exclusive to that device and carrier — has finally been made available for those on AT&T. The app can be installed on either the Nexus S 4G or GSM Galaxy Nexus without Ralph de la Vega or his cronies standing in your way

So far, Google Wallet has its official US availability on NFC-compatible handsets limited by unfriendly carriers with their own mobile payment services in mind , but it appears that is no longer the case for Nexus handsets with AT&T SIMs inserted. Droid-Life reported the app is available in the market for AT&T-SIM’d HSPA+ Galaxy Nexus phones, which we were able to confirm on our own device (over any connection, as long as the AT&T card is in, switching back to a T-Mobile SIM made it disappear from the market again, although of course the app still worked).

AT&T’s Galaxy Note Gets Source Code Released
The Samsung Galaxy Note for AT&T won’t be here until February 19th (presales begin on the fifth of this month) but its source code is already available for developers to download. This will allow folks to get started on creating ROMs well before its launch but don’t expect to see a lot of that happening before the device is in developers’ hands. Official: Galaxy Note on AT&T Available February 19th
Samsung just dropped a nice note in our inboxes confirming that the Samsung Galaxy Note for AT&T will be made available on February 19th. Additionally, presales will begin on February 5th “for delivery by February 17th,” meaning you preorderers will have a chance to get the device a day or two early.
