Google Testing Mystery Entertainment System
Google has filed an application with the FCC for a 6-month permission to test a home entertainment system involving WiFi and Bluetooth enabled devices. While I dont quite understand all the legal-speak, it seems quite clear that the system has to do with Android@Home, which was announced at Google I/O 2011 . You can find the application here . Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary: Google is developing an entertainment device that requires testing outside the laboratory environment

Logitech confirms Revue stock has been depleted
After signing on to be a launch partner for Google TV, Logitech invested a serious amount of time and money into the Android-powered Revue. Consumer interest and profits didn’t pan out as the company had hoped, however, and Logitech quickly withdrew their name from the list of manufacturers producing Google TV hardware. To clear stock and recoup costs the ailing Revue saw a price cut to $99, and after one final holiday push Logitech is reporting that they are completely sold out at this time

Google, LG to team up on ‘Google TV Nexus’ edition for next release?
While not all of Google’s aims to change cellphones with its Nexus brand program may have been achieved, it has created some admirable devices in cooperation with HTC and Samsung (way to pass on that one Sony Ericsson) . According to Bloomberg , its next step may be to do the same with LG for TVs. As product manager Rishi Chandra mentioned in an interview with us , the next focus for Google TV will center around increasing its ability to personalize the user experience and further enhance content discovery, and anonymous sources indicate LG could get first crack at it later this year
