Now, take this as a grain of salt but apparently, the insanely popular iOS app Instagram could/might/possibly be making its way over to Android if this pop-up notification on TatWZA’s Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is to be believed. Now, I’m a little rusty with Android’s tablet UI (it’s been awhile since I had my Samsung G-Tab) but if legit, where exactly is this notification originating from?

Samsung is planning an event for March 22nd in France, and the speculation has immediately turned to the potential launch of the Galaxy S III. With the smartphone manufacturer opting to forego the announcement of their new flagship model at MWC and recent rumors pegging the phone with a May release date , the timing leaves the door wide open.

Report: Samsung Galaxy S III to be just 7mm thick, launch in May
Korea’s Electronic Times News is adding to the speculation surrounding the Samsung Galaxy S III, citing unnamed sources in a report claiming the phone will measure in at just 7mm thick and launch in May. The new flagship device is said to house an 8MP rear camera and 2MP front-facing camera, a Super AMOLED Plus display, and Android 4.0. Previous rumors have suggested the phone will launch with a quad-core CPU, 2GB of RAM, and 4G LTE.

The above press shot was leaked by industry insider Eldar Murtazin (the same Eldar Murtazin who claims to have a Galaxy S III in his possession ) along with a few words suggesting it depicts an upcoming phone to be revealed at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. So what exactly are we looking at? We can take the Galaxy S III off the table, as Samsung has already confirmed that the new flagship won’t be announced until after the February trade show.

Motorola DROID 4 to Launch February 9th?
We’re expecting the Motorola Droid 4 to be launched shortly after its official unveiling at CES but it’s been difficult to pinpoint an exact date. Take this one with a grain of salt, however – Droid-Life is hearing from a source that the 4 inch stretching, LTE having, dual-core pushing, keyboard-laden device will launch February 9th. That’s only a short 8 days from now.
